Our client wanted to streamline the operations of their e-commerce business and scale their business but they faced some significant challenges.

The client was using multiple systems, including an existing ERP, the “Tooken“ app, and Excel sheets, to manage inventory and order processing. This fragmentation resulted in inefficiencies and increased the time required to process orders and management overheads.

Other than invoicing various teams were accessing and updating different systems at different stages, which caused delays and inconsistencies in the order processing workflow.

Our Solution

Our team developed the Mahmayi Delivery App to seamlessly integrate with the client’s ERP system, ensuring precise data entry and creating a centralized platform for managing orders and inventory. We structured the app with distinct user roles to streamline tasks across sales, warehouse, and delivery teams, and incorporated features like detailed reporting, notifications, and alerts to support informed decision-making.

In addition, we designed the Mahmayi Driver App (iPhone) specifically for delivery drivers. This app provides real-time updates on delivery schedules and features an intuitive interface to boost efficiency and ease of use. Together, these apps have significantly enhanced the client’s operational efficiency and communication.
