Project Overview
Our client is a Baltimore-based urban planning and community advocacy organization working to improve the quality of life by addressing urban blight. They need a technological solution to monitor and report blighted properties, but face challenges such as low community engagement, an inefficient reporting process, data collection issues, and a lack of insights to effectively plan and advocate for interventions.
What We Did?
Our team developed the “Fight Blight BMore” mobile app to enhance community engagement, streamline communication with authorities, and provide real-time data reporting and tracking.
The app uses Google Maps API for precise tagging of blighted property locations, facilitates in-app photo documentation, automates reporting, ensures real-time data synchronization, offers an intuitive user interface, integrates with social login options, and implements robust data security measures to protect user information. The app’s user-friendly interface and robust data security ensure efficient reporting and monitoring of blighted properties.
