Our Solution
To address these challenges, we conducted a thorough analysis of GluckerKolleg’s business processes and digital requirements. We proposed a comprehensive revamp of their online presence developing a bespoke solution, focusing on improving functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
The solutions we proposed included SEO optimization to enhance visibility, a robust course booking system with waitlisting and cancellation tracking, and advanced e-commerce functionalities for secure payments and automated reminders. Further, we also recommended introducing a quiz/testing system for evaluating student performance and automated certificate generation along with a searchable database of certified trainers based on geographical location.
Implementation Process
We implemented the following key features to meet GluckerKolleg’s needs:
- Developed features for booking courses and web seminars, integrated a waiting list, and implemented cancellation tracking.
- Introduced secure payment processing, automated certificate generation, and reminder systems for course expiry dates.
- Synced payment updates with the bank account for real-time tracking.
- Implemented a quiz/testing system for evaluating student learning and automated certificate generation.
- Created a searchable database of certified trainers with a validation system for certifications issued by GluckerKolleg. So that clients may search for a certified trainer for themselves based on the location.
- Developed a referral system offering discount coupons for both referees and referrers.
- Enabled comprehensive course management, including start and end dates, seat availability, and detailed course information.
