Position Summary

relationships, and enhancing the employer brand. This role involves end-to-end recruitment,creative sourcing, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with the job requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
- Employer Branding:
- Create engaging job advertisements and content for social media to attract potential candidates.
- Actively participate in job fairs, networking events, and other branding activities.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
- Maintain timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Data and Metrics:
- Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment standards.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with experience in employer branding and content creation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
