Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent, fostering
relationships, and enhancing the employer brand. This role involves end-to-end recruitment,creative sourcing, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Recruitment Process Management:
    • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with the job requirements.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Create engaging job advertisements and content for social media to attract potential candidates.
    • Actively participate in job fairs, networking events, and other branding activities.
  5. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
    • Maintain timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  6. Data and Metrics:
    • Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment standards.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with experience in employer branding and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
