Job Description

  • Magento developer with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Hands on experience in customisation and development of Magento themes.
  • Magento Modules Development, Extension Development
  • Excellent Command over PHP and MySQL (Advance level), MVC Architecture, Zend Framework
  • Familiar with XML, web service etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • In depth knowledge of database operations
  • Very good knowledge of GIT/SVN, CSS & Jquery
  • Good debugging and Analytical skills
  • Taking care of project independently.
  • Client communication.
  • Helping BD team in pre-sales /estimation activities.
  • Training team members as and when needed.
  • Has some of his /her Extensions /Modules published
  • Experience in Magento Commerce /Enterprise
  • Should be familiar with PSR standards
  • Should be actively coding in magento in the past 2 years.
  • Should know code optimization
  • Solutions-oriented thinking, always looking for the smart solution to a problem rather than jumping at the first answer
  • A preoccupation with staying on top of industry trends and technologies
  • Must be extremely passionate about learning new technologies & implementing them.
  • Provide technical leadership and upgrade architecture design and solution to accommodate future expansion
  • Familiarity with automated deployment strategies and software design patterns and Experience with caching and scaling techniques
  • Solid understanding of Magento fundamentals.
  • Experience building major 3rd party systems integrations (ERPs, Payment Gateways, 3PL, etc.)
  • Knowledge of web servers: Apache, Nginx
  • Experience of working with CDN
  • Experience with distributed memory object caching systems, memcache.
