Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Research Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in data research and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and qualifying data to support our business strategies and operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive data research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Identify, gather, and refine qualified data from various sources, with a focus on the APAC region, specifically Australia.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data research methodologies.
- Should be very well versed with data scraping tools where we can source in the relevant data sets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in data research and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data pertaining to APAC regions is highly desirable.
