Business Analyst

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2 – 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between clients and development teams by understanding business needs and translating them into
actionable requirements. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, QA, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Analysis:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
- Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate web and mobile-based IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Post-Sales Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the implementation phase.
- Prepare essential documentation, including BRD, FRD, and wireframes.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations.
Required Skill Set and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile-based IT services company.
- Understanding of eCommerce, web, and mobile technologies and trends.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver client presentations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
