Alongside this, a user-friendly interface was developed to guide users through the document creation process with minimal need for specialized legal expertise, thus enhancing accessibility.

Given the platform’s growing user base, scalability and security were prioritized to ensure that the solution could handle increased demand without compromising data integrity. Based on these findings, a custom-built, web-based application using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) was chosen as the most suitable solution. This technology stack offers the flexibility, performance, and robust security required to support Ogletree Deakins’ evolving needs, making it an ideal foundation for an efficient, scalable document management system.
