Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Representative with experience in IT project
outsourcing, staff augmentation, and business development across various industries. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process, vendor and client
management, and the ability to generate leads and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales: Build and nurture relationships with large enterprises,
identifying business opportunities and ensuring the company is empaneled as a preferred technology
service provider. - Sales Lifecycle Management: Lead the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation,
client onboarding, and successful closure for IT project outsourcing and staff augmentation.
Independently identify potential clients by conducting in-depth research, mining data, and establishing meaningful connections. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts,
understanding their unique business needs and delivering exceptional service. - RFPs and Tenders: Work on high-value RFPs and tenders from enterprise clients, including
government and private sectors. Develop proposals that effectively address client needs and expectations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth
client onboarding and project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or key account management, with expertise in IT consulting, outsourcing, and staff augmentation.
- Proven success in lead generation and client relationship management, with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and high-impact presentations.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Onshore market dynamics and client needs in the software domain.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to articulate the value of complex software solutions.
- Hands-on experience with in-person client meetings for presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
